The Guided Paint Session is a hands –on group or solo activity created to open minds for those who want to connect differently with others or themselves artistically through verbal and creative communication.
This activity is designed to break possible internal blockage, helping people communicate and grow with friends, family, coworkers, students etc. Being uncomfortable is uncomfortable but everyone wants to feel free in some form.
A guided paint session is a creative technique to push people to do their own healing so we can all be better, loving people in our community.
This service is conducted on board canvas with the support of an easel and protective tarp to ensure a safe and well-prepared creative environment.
